Returns & Exchanges Policy

At GSIstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your GSIstore account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip or the RMA form inside the box.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
